Common Plan & Billing Questions
What are your payment options?
We accept all major credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
When will I be billed?
You’ll be billed when you sign up, and then on the 1st of the month the following month.
Billing will then occur every 1st of the month until you cancel your plan.
Is there a minimum commitment or contract?
No. Your subscription to our service is month-to-month, and can be ended at any time by clicking here. There are no cancellation fees or penalties of any kind.
What happens if I don’t use all of my time?
If you’re not sure you can use all the hours in a plan, we suggest signing up for a lower plan level. We make it very easy to upgrade in the event that you need more hours. We want you to be on the plan that makes the most sense for you, and we will work with you to make sure you get on to the plan that best fits your needs.
If you sign up for a large plan, and it is clear within the first two weeks that you will not use all the hours, let us know! We will put you on a lower plan.
After two weeks, we cannot issue refunds or rollovers for unused time, regardless of whether you utilize our service or not. After two weeks, we have committed to maintaining the level of staff required to provide you, and all of our other clients, with the amount of time that has been purchased from us.
Are there any hidden or additional costs?
There are absolutely no hidden costs, activation fees, premium rate tasks, additional taxes, or cancellation fees.
Products and services that you request to have purchased on your behalf can be added to your invoice, or can be purchased with an alternative payment method you provide. For instance, if you want us to mail 100 letters, you will need to provide us with the supplies, or authorize us to purchase supplies on your behalf. We won’t ever purchase anything without your prior approval, so there won’t be any surprises.
Do you have any sort of guarantee?
Our goal is to be as transparent as possible about the scope of our service and the capability of our staff. If you feel that we have failed to provide the service described on our website, please contact our billing department, and we will do everything we can to make things right.

What if I go over the time included in my monthly plan?
If you use all of the time in your plan, your Virtual Assistant will notify you and present the following options:
- Stop work until your plan refreshes
- Continue work at your effective hourly rate
- Increase your hours to the next plan level
